a brand-new facility built in 2024 and conveniently located between Lewiston and Orofino, ID, just off Highway 12.
With over 30 years of experience, we are dedicated to providing quality custom processing of beef, pork, and lamb, with both on-site and mobile slaughter services available. We also offer wild game processing, subject to space availability, with a separate cooler specifically for wild game.
